|Automotive Oil Pressure
The engine oil pressure sensor is an important device for detecting the oil pressure of the automobile engine. It detects the change of the oil pressure when the engine is running, and feeds it back to the ECU. If the oil pressure is insufficient and the oil cannot reach the lubricated parts, it will cause excessive wear and even overheating, which will damage the engine, so when the pressure detection value cannot reach the set value, the warning light will be lit.
XGZP6846A module is a new member of CFSensor automotive pressure sensor modules. It is a PCBA module specially developed for the automotive field. The SOP packaged MEMS pressure sensor chip and the signal processing circuit chip are respectively installed on both sides of the PCB board, and only the pressure chip is in contact with the measurement medium. The ASIC digitally compensate the offset, sensitivity, temperature drift and nonlinearity of the pressure-sensitive die, and use the power supply voltage as a reference to generate a calibrated, temperature-compensated standard voltage signal.
The internal pressure sensitive chip of the XGZP6846A engine oil pressure sensor module adopts a double gold wire process, and the surface of the chip and the gold wire is coated with soft silica gel, which can effectively improve the reliability and oil corrosion resistance.
XGZP6846A oil pressure sensor PCBA module supports comprehensive custom development, which is convenient for users to directly assemble into a sensor. The module shape and output can be customized according to user requirements. It is widely used in automotive electronic engine oil pressure detection.
