Automotive Intake Pressure(MPA)
The pressure detected by the intake pressure sensor is the absolute pressure of the intake manifold behind the throttle valve. It detects the change of the absolute pressure in the manifold according to the engine speed and load, and then converts it into a signal voltage and sends it to the electronic controller (ECU) , ECU controls the size of the basic fuel injection amount according to the size of this signal voltage.



XGZP6842A intake air pressure sensor module is a new member of CFSensor automotive pressure sensor modules. It is a PCBA module specially developed for the automotive field. The pressure sensor chip uses a ceramic substrate as the base material and integrates a pressure sensitive die. And digital conditioning ASIC to digitally compensate the offset, sensitivity, temperature drift and nonlinearity of the pressure-sensitive die, and use the power supply voltage as a reference to generate a calibrated, temperature-compensated standard voltage signal.

XGZP6842A intake air pressure sensor module adopts automotive-grade ASIC to meet the performance requirements of automotive-grade. The surface of the chip and gold wire inside sensor is coated with soft silica gel, which can prevent moisture and oil.

XGZP6842A PCBA module supports comprehensive custom development, which is convenient for users to directly assemble into sensors. The module shape and output can be customized according to user requirements. It is widely used in automotive electronic intake manifold pressure detection systems.

  • Be careful when fixing the product and connecting the pressure inlet. Otherwise, accidents may occur due to sensor scattering and the blowing out of the media.
  • If the sensor come with sharp PIN, please be careful not to hurt your body when using it.
